Exchange & Instant Refund Policy

Effective July 18, 2024, Lx.Goods has adopted an exchange-only policy, with Instant Refunds available for major product defects.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The exchange request is made within 7 working days of receiving the order.

Exclusions:

  • Final Sale and promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Accessories such as jewelry and fragrances are non-exchangeable.

  • Used, altered, or damaged items will not qualify.

To initiate an exchange:

Exchange requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Instant Refunds for Major Defects

While returns are discontinued, we offer Instant Refunds for verified major defects only.

How It Works:

  • Send your request with clear defect photos/videos to lx.goods1@gmail.com or call 03151712359.

  • Once verified, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Note: Minor imperfections or dissatisfaction do not qualify for refunds; exchanges will be offered instead.

Intellectual Property

All website content—including images, graphics, text, and logos—is the property of Lx.Goods. Unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
