Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
✅ All original tags and packaging must be intact.
✅ Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 working days of receiving your order.
🔹 Exclusions:
Items marked as Final Sale or part of a promotional campaign are not eligible for exchange.
Accessories such as jewelry and fragrances are non-exchangeable.
Used, altered, washed, or damaged items do not qualify for exchange.
